Appalling hygiene. When I went to buy my bread, I was shocked to discover that the pizza maker was putting as many ingredients on the dough as she did in her mouth, without washing her hands between each step. Perhaps this was her way of checking the quality of the chorizo ​​and cheese... A glance with another customer confirmed that this wasn't a hallucination. If the franchise's employees are as disgusting as this bakery, I'm done. I'll go to Patapain for the same quality, and surely better hygiene and respect for customers.

A little kindness wouldn't hurt!

Hello I won't be returning to this bakery. I waited a short while (until the saleswoman finished eating) only for her to tell me they were out of baguettes at 3:30 PM, which is unacceptable. Luckily, there are other bakeries nearby. And what's more, lately the baguettes have been poorly shaped and smaller.

I'm giving only one star for several reasons, as seen in other reviews: no more baguettes between 6:00 and 6:30 PM, which is when you're supposed to sell the most; also, during peak times, there aren't enough staff to properly serve customers and keep the flow smooth, resulting in queues that stretch all the way to the Grand Frais checkout... Unfortunately, I won't be coming back because it's too repetitive and I get the impression that management isn't questioning its practices.

Yesterday, I stopped by Marie's in the afternoon because I was feeling a bit peckish. I was served by Renata, she was so kind, a lovely surprise! It's always nice to be so well received!! ❤️

I had the pleasure of visiting recently after a long weekend in the area and I was completely satisfied. The variety and quality of the products (country loaves, baguettes, and desserts), the cleanliness of the premises, and the friendliness of the staff made my visits to this bakery enjoyable.

Overall, it's good. As regular customers of specialty breads, we're disappointed with the new, larger size: the loaves are often undercooked in the center, especially the corn, Nordic, and multigrain varieties. A return to the old size would be preferable.

Thankfully, this bakery isn't like the other bakeries in the same group in Bourges... The staff chat about their personal lives while we wait patiently to be served... You have to repeat what you want several times because they don't listen to you. You can't chat and serve customers at the same time!

So disappointing to arrive at the bakery and find no bread! Often, when they open, the bread hasn't even come out of the oven and the displays aren't set up. What's the point of opening if nothing is working? We leave just as we came 😕

How is it that this store is so poorly organized?? Rush hour, packed. The poor girl is alone serving customers while the other one is stocking up!! We don't have 20 minutes to spare at your place

Several disappointing experiences with Marie Blachère sandwiches. The bread is often dry, the filling minimal, and the sauces practically nonexistent. It feels like an unfinished product, and this isn't an isolated case. It's a shame, because we expect a minimum level of quality from a purchased meal. A sandwich is simple, but it still needs to be made properly.
