1,2,3 Pizza

We always order our pizzas there. Our friends are always delighted and ask us where we get them. Plus, the service is excellent. ☺️ It's a pleasure to come to 1,2,3 Pizza 😁

Fantastic four-cheese pizza! Thin crust, thick toppings, they even took my request for a different base (cream instead of tomato) and it tasted amazing for €14.50! Highly recommended!

The little lady is very nice, the pizzas are very good with not too thick a crust and lots of toppings, which is what I prefer, and the products are very good.

Pizzas are always top-notch, as usual. See you very soon.

I want to clarify that my review only concerns my order from July 4th and not previous orders placed at this establishment, as the others were quite satisfactory. I ordered two pizzas for 8:45 PM, but the trainee mistakenly ordered at 7:45 PM. We were only called back at 8:24 PM to be told that our pizzas had been ready since 7:45 PM and that we were late. Once there, we spoke with the employees who explained that it was their phone and the noise from the air conditioning that had interfered with taking our order. So, we ended up with pizzas that had been reheated after baking, so you can imagine that the quality of the pizzas wasn't up to par (it reminded me of an episode of Kitchen Nightmares). We suggested a possible gesture of goodwill, which was initially met with a "No, that's not possible," but then they offered us a free large drink, which was a €1.50 discount on our order, since of course we had paid for the two pizzas in full. I deplore the behavior of the establishment's owner, who was present during our visit and ran away from the problems and mistakes of his employees. For the future, I advise you to stop making excuses. While these may be valid for you, as customers, they are none of our business. Your problems or errors should in no way affect the quality of our orders.

Still as good as ever! We ordered three pizzas: raclette, vegetarian, and salmon. Everyone loved them; it's always a pleasure to come.

So... I ordered a salmon pizza with extra potatoes, and I got almost half a pizza with just dough and 3 bits of potato fighting over it... unbelievable!

Reply to the reply: The response to my review is surprising… you rely on positive customer feedback to contradict my remarks, yet there's no information in my review that specifies exactly which pizza I ordered, when I visited, etc. However, you manage to claim that other customers gave you positive feedback on the day I visited… It's easy to invent positive feedback from other customers to defend yourself… just because I gave 1 star doesn't mean my criticism isn't constructive. You simply have to be able to accept it, which doesn't seem to be your case when someone gives 1 or 2 stars. But when I see the overall rating, I realize I'm not alone… 😊 The pizzas are truly tasteless… the dough is dry and hard. The toppings are bland. The size of the pizzas for a "Large" is questionable. And above all, the price is exorbitant! Almost €16 for a pizza with 3 potatoes and minced meat, which is also overcooked… Really, keep walking, you'll find much better elsewhere.
