I strongly advise against this establishment. The welcome was unpleasant, the service extremely slow, and the quality did not at all match what was advertised. The staff seemed indifferent to the customers, and several reported problems were never resolved. This experience was very disappointing from beginning to end. I will not return and I do not recommend it.

The waitress was grumpy and pressured us to take our order (there was no one behind us). She had absolutely no patience. You need to review your team. A smile and politeness cost nothing, whether it's for the customer or the employees.

Terrible service. I wanted to get some fougasse bread, but there were flies laying eggs. I don't think it's right that the person who served me said, "Yes, we know there are flies, but the machine we put out isn't working," and of course, she didn't remove the fougasse.

Appalling service: families no longer seem welcome. I came to eat at Pat à Pain on Friday, May 9th at 2 pm with a friend and our three children (ages 6 and 7). I was unaware that they no longer welcomed families warmly. Because of a few trips back and forth between the sandwich and dessert counters, located at opposite ends of the establishment, we were subjected to a very unpleasant intervention from a manager. She curtly ordered us to "keep our children on them because we are in a public place." Being patronized and treated like this is unacceptable, especially when you come to eat and have a pleasant time. Beyond the lack of tact, what kind of image does this manager project to her team by being so unwelcoming? And what kind of example are we setting for our children in a place that is supposed to be open to everyone? Faced with this behavior, we preferred to leave immediately without buying anything and went to Burger King, where the service was impeccable. It's a real shame for the store to treat its regular customers this way. If you have children, avoid this place; you seem to be bothering them.

One star because zero is not an option. The manager's attitude was deplorable. She didn't allow young children in her restaurant and had the nerve to suggest, and I quote, "Could you keep your children under control?" as if they were animals. I replied, "But they are children!" Her response was, "Yes, but this is a public place." Our children behaved like lively 6- and 7-year-olds, without being rude to the other customers. So, please explain, why have children's menus? Why provide games for children? I thought this was a family-friendly place, but I was shocked by this person's condescension. I believe her behavior doesn't reflect the values ​​of your company and that this was an isolated incident. We left, leaving our order being prepared. I am very disappointed.
