In this intense heatwave, there was no air conditioning in the bakery; it was a real oven. Flies were everywhere, all over the food… I wouldn't go back.

I'm giving 5 stars for the very friendly staff, with a special mention for the tall lady with the brown hair who has a very infectious smile, and also for the young man with the small ponytail who is very approachable, attentive to customers, and always smiling, making you want to come back despite his young age… But a major complaint!!! It's unacceptable to make staff work in these conditions without air conditioning, which isn't normal for them, and even less so for hygiene. And there's no point in putting a makeshift air conditioner in the customer area; it's just as hot there, so you can't eat. Not a very good reputation for this establishment 😡

Wow! Hats off to the staff! It's hotter inside than outside, where it's currently 40°C in the shade. With this kind of heat, customers won't linger, while the staff have to endure these working conditions. Thank you to them.

The products are good, their brookie (brownie cookie) is amazing, their strawberry tart 🤤. Everything is delicious. The staff is friendly, always welcoming, and the products are always well-prepared. Special mention to Jennifer who is fantastic.

I'm really irritated by my experience in this shop. I bought a sandwich and toasted sandwich meal and felt harassed by the cashier throughout the entire process. I had to speak up at one point because it was too much for me: she asked me three times if I wanted my toasted sandwich with ham or cheese, and I told her I wanted it with cheese. The third time, I reminded her that I had already told her, and she snapped at me: "It's very noisy in the back, do you understand?" She told me three times that I could pour my drink myself without mentioning that she needed it to process the transaction (something she finally told me the third time, in an annoyed tone). I asked for a tray to eat in, and the woman practically lectured me because I hadn't told her I wanted to eat in beforehand. So I had to reply again that I knew, which is precisely why I asked for the tray. I apologize for the rating, but when I make a purchase, I expect either a warm welcome or a detached, impersonal interaction. I will never pay for either undue attention or aggression. I don't need a stranger bothering me or disturbing my peace. To top it off, the tray I received was cracked and broken, and there was no parasol outside. (photo)

I went to the store at noon to buy two Nordic loaves and one half-price loaf. There was just one person behind me. I received extremely poor service. The cashier was impatient from the start. When she saw me struggling to grab the half-price loaf with the tongs (I pinched my finger and it hurt quite a bit), she didn't move from her till and became very exasperated. She ordered me to put back the two loaves I had moved. She loudly thanked the gentleman who did it for me because I was holding my hand in pain. I remained calm and told her I would report her behavior. And I did. But regardless of the details of what happened, it is unacceptable to be treated like that in any kind of business.

Nothing to say about this bakery, everything is top-notch, a real pleasure to come here and a very good team
