BOULANGERIE ANGE

This morning, I was so, so, so disappointed. I just found out they've stopped making filled croissants! In Lorraine, they're a pastry you can find in every bakery. And finding them here in the region made me so happy. Please, bring back the raspberry-filled croissants! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I wanted to thank the Ange bakery this morning and its very welcoming staff for their kind gesture of goodwill following a minor baking issue with my chocolate croissants from yesterday. Thank you to the team.

It's shameful to invest in a place like Ange and not set the air conditioning to a comfortable temperature for its customers. I will never eat there again.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I'm a regular at this bakery and usually everything goes very smoothly. I eat here regularly and I've never had a problem until today. In addition, I noticed there seems to be a new team I wasn't familiar with, so I don't know if that's related, but the experience was completely different from what I'm used to here. To save time, I decided to order through the app this time. As a result, I arrived and waited for over 20 minutes by the register, right in front of the employees, without anyone paying any attention to me. Several people went ahead of me while I was waiting, and I felt like I was being completely ignored. I finally had to ask them to take my order myself. And the worst part is that by the time someone finally helped me, my order wasn't even ready. So not only did I wait unnecessarily, but the order clearly hadn't even been prepared. And to top it all off, when I got home, I realized they'd made a mistake: I'd ordered a ham and butter sandwich and received a ham and Emmental cheese sandwich. When you implement an ordering app meant to save time, it's not so you have to wait longer than a regular customer, have to ask to be served, and leave with the wrong order. Very disappointed this time. I sincerely hope it was just an off day, because I've never had this kind of problem here before.

I love the variety of products offered: specialty breads, pastries, baguettes, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, cakes, tarts, tiramisu, available to eat in or take away. I highly recommend it. 🥰

Incomplete order (I just discovered I didn't receive the desserts) with errors (wrong drinks)! The salads weren't very generous (2 pieces of lettuce and 2 pieces of chicken). I strongly advise against ordering.

I went by this morning; a rather tall young man served me, but he wasn't very polite.

I was served by two particularly friendly and welcoming saleswomen (working in retail, that's very pleasant!). I was able to discover several very tasty snack products...thank you to them!
