Go Johnny Go

I'm a coach driver and I was with a group of 39 Australian clients who left late from CDG. I called them to let them know, and upon arrival, the Johnny Go team was very professional, providing a perfect welcome and impeccable service for the group. It was Sunday, March 29th, around 1:15 pm. Thanks again to the team!

It is closed in the afternoon and evening.

Good parking, clean toilet, shower, but the water was cold. You can take a shower, but everything else is fine.

I don't really know what we were expecting, but it wasn't great at all for the price 😅

Service deployable

At a motorway service station at 1 p.m. Packed dining room. Friendly staff. But prices are way too high. €13 for a basic burger (bun, meat, cheese, lettuce). €15.50 for a meal deal. And if you want an extra slice of bacon, it's an additional €2, the same for an extra slice of cheese. Lots of elderly people complaining about everything and aren't friendly to the staff; they act as if they're entitled to everything. Served quickly even during the rush.

We arrived at 1:55 PM. We were ignored until 2 PM, when someone finally came and put up the closing sign without a word. As for service, forget it.

The wait time to buy a flan cake was about 15 minutes; I think the problem lies with the organization. The line wasn't that long, but people ordering burgers took longer to be served and had to wait in line. The cashiers weren't exactly rushing either. So, the organization needs improvement; otherwise, the staff were very friendly and the food was very good, although expensive.

Ordered two paninis at €7.80 each, they couldn't even heat them properly, they were cold inside. They should just close the shop.

They were taking someone's order in front of us and then aggressively told us they were closed. The kitchens aren't closed since you're literally taking an order. It's ridiculous not to serve at all hours when you're open on a motorway service area.

A wonderful welcome and excellent advice. I will gladly return.

I'm intolerant to gluten and cheese. So I asked for a minced steak—since they had hamburgers, it seemed easy—but I was told it wasn't possible; it was against the rules to separate the meat from the bun. I couldn't eat it.
