Excellent meat, fair price, I recommend this butcher shop

Family meal, 25 guests. Perfect. Pork cheeks in cider with dauphinoise potatoes: the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the potato gratin excellent. All very generous portions. The appetizer platters were plentiful and delicious. In short, a real treat.

Our birthday meal for 50 people was excellent. We received nothing but compliments from our guests. The meat and dauphinoise potatoes were superb, but we had no doubt about the quality and quantity. We will continue to drive 45 minutes to buy our meat because it is of very high quality and the display case is always full and appetizing. The added bonus is that we always receive a very warm welcome. See you soon.

It's great to work with small local producers, but it would be good to remember to pay their invoices!

Excellent establishment! How lucky to have such a high-quality butcher shop in La Chapelle-Saint-Ursin! My Wednesday ritual: I go to this butcher shop with my children. Every time, they get either a chocolate or a slice of sausage! Kindness, professionalism, passion... What more can I say? :) I highly recommend the Basque terrine with Espelette pepper; it's truly a treat. The meats are absolutely delicious and of excellent quality. Go there without hesitation.
