Str'Eat Burger Bourges

I discovered this place a few months ago and I love going there! The atmosphere is warm and the decor is lovely, the staff are very friendly and smiling, and the food is delicious!

I come at least twice a month for takeout. The service is incredibly fast, the burgers are beautifully presented, and the boxes are great too. Nothing to complain about, either the food or the staff ☺️ I highly recommend it because before working in Bourges I didn't know about it at all… and I really regret not having discovered it sooner 🤣🤫

I've avoided leaving a Google review several times, thinking it's not a big deal, maybe it's a one-off, things happen, but this is really the way they operate. After about fifteen visits here, and since I live nearby, this will be my last time. I saw the kitchen staff working on a computer in the dining area, and as soon as a customer came into the kitchen, they would prepare the order without washing their hands. I saw staff sneeze while preparing the cake and tiramisu display without covering their mouths and continuing their work as if nothing was happening in front of the customers. I saw staff go outside and come back to prepare orders without the required handwashing. And the worst part is the service - 100 points, but always, especially one person who was always grumpy and didn't say hello, or gave a very cold "hello." Today, I waited 6 minutes at the register to pay for the order placed on the screen, and the person arrived without even saying hello. Maybe they're just like that, but I shouldn't have to put up with it. I'm a customer; I come alone or with my family to relax, not to be ruined by this kind of inappropriate behavior in a business. P.S.: Except for two young women who were decent, I have nothing to complain about.

I had a great meal at this restaurant; the dishes were delicious. The restaurant is clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it! 👍

Great hamburgers made with good ingredients, the service is top-notch, better than fast food like McDonald's and others.

A perfect spot, a refreshing change from other places. The burgers are good, the fries too, I really enjoyed the finger bowl and the drinks, which are different from what you usually get. The decor is also nice. We ate outside to enjoy the sunshine; our meal was brought to us.

Second time passing through Bourges, we stopped on the second stop because we were hungry. We left satisfied and smiling. The burger was really, really good, and the tenders were too. It kept us going nicely for the rest of the drive. Great find, and thanks for the service! ☺️
