I tried your restaurant on this sweltering day, wanting to introduce my grandmother to your establishment, but I opted for the safety of delivery. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal, finding the dishes generous and delicious. The frosted lemon was one of the best she's ever had. Your delivery driver was also very kind. Keep up the good work; you've gained many more customers.

I'm a regular at this restaurant and have never been disappointed. Today, I ordered takeout and found a fruit fly in my dish. I called to explain, and the woman told me there were no fruit flies in the kitchen, that she'd never received that complaint before, and that it was impossible. I hope I won't be disappointed next time.
