New super-fast table service Top-notch customer experience

Clean, fast, friendly staff.

Saying hello at the drive-thru seems to be optional, and what's more, this fast food place apparently doesn't know what a vegetarian menu is (there's only one). It's also very small, but anyway... not being entirely familiar with the menus, we asked for guidance, which visibly annoyed the drive-thru employee, making the situation more than awkward. The employee didn't speak; he seemed to be waiting: no "with this," no "I'm listening," just a "that will be all." After the first of two menus we ordered, he seemed annoyed to have customers, and yet it was barely the beginning of the rush (7:30 pm). Luckily, the churros were good, which is something we don't usually have.

Very disappointed a few months ago, strangely my review disappeared, so I tried the Quick Prado again. No greeting before taking my order, a wait to order and receive it, but oh well, it was manageable. I was charged, again, a greeting was optional, I took my order and left. Next time, if there is a next time (and I doubt it), I checked my order before leaving. I opened my Max Giant and took a bite... strange, I found lettuce that looked like rotten cooked lettuce. I opened the burger, not a single leaf of green lettuce. I took a picture and went back to Quick.... I was standing in front of a customer who brought back a burger as hard as a rock. I asked if it was normal for the lettuce to be in that state, and he told me I wasn't the first person this had happened to. He gave me another one, but the taste didn't resemble the Giant sauce at all. I gave up, I won't go back... really lacking in professionalism. I'll go to another Quick to see if it's the same. Very disappointing... Too bad, I wanted to post a picture of this horrible, truly inedible hamburger.
