I discovered Pizza Hut today. The owner who took the order was friendly, and we were served in 15 minutes. Everyone was happy, young and old.

We went to eat pizzas, they were very nice and tasty, the welcome and manager were friendly, I recommend them 👌 but stop putting semolina in the boxes, it ruins the pizzas!

I went to this restaurant around 11:45, knowing that it opened at 11:30. I asked how long it would be before I could eat, and they told me more than an hour. What a joke! When you advertise opening hours, you stick to them. I'll never go back. You always have to wait ages for your order, no matter the day; they're constantly out of ingredients! The staff is nonchalant! Avoid at all costs.

Some people should maybe find a new line of work. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Ordered 4 pizzas, not a single one was right. Mozzarella was gone and replaced everywhere with cheddar without any warning. The Queen pizza was transformed into a bizarre merguez-cheddar pizza, the vegetarian pizza had no peppers and was barely topped, and the toasted mozzarella rolls... had no mozzarella. Nothing matched the order. A complete disaster. Some people should maybe find a new line of work.

We don't usually leave bad reviews for businesses...but this time...I'm absolutely furious! We're usually big fans of Pizza Hut for the quality of their pizzas...we ordered four pizzas on a weekday at 7 pm...and haven't heard anything about them...an hour and fifteen minutes after ordering...it's impossible to track the delivery driver's route, as we usually do...so we tried calling...NO ONE ANSWERED...so...what was supposed to be a home delivery...ended up with a trip back and forth to the store...with another hour's wait...NO APOLOGIES...no gesture of goodwill...and that's it!!! If you have any good pizza recommendations in Bourges...we'd love to hear them! I noticed when leaving a review on Google that the reviews are very poor and I'm disappointed.
