Every time I visit this store, I feel like I'm bothering them. Today I ordered a quiche Lorraine and some potatoes to go, and the cashier didn't ask if I wanted them reheated. She started bagging them immediately. I asked for them to be reheated, and she grimaced but did it anyway... then the potatoes stayed in the small round presentation tray after they came out of the oven. Everything was put in a mini bag (quiche and potatoes together). At other stores, the potatoes are placed in a sort of white printed paper cone after they come out of the oven, and each item is then put into a larger bag with handles. Is this a long-standing store for the group, so the staff are bending the rules? It's a far cry from the quality offered at the stores on the highway and the Route de la Charité... The person in question is easily identifiable.

Hello, After two Fridays in a row, I noticed that the toilet seat upstairs is not properly secured. On Friday, May 22, 2026, I assumed this was a known issue and would be fixed soon. On Friday, May 29, 2026, the same toilet seat was still not secured. Could you please take action quickly before a customer falls from the toilet bowl due to a loose seat? Furthermore, there is an unpleasant odor in the toilet. I tried to clean it (before using the toilet), but it was dry and hard, even on the floor. This was at 10:00 AM. This means it couldn't have dried and hardened quickly after being opened. See attached photos. Sincerely.

I came for a lunch break, but there was no choice and the person wasn't very pleasant. This is the second time I've had no choice of sandwiches or anything else, and the staff's friendliness is inconsistent. Depending on who serves us, we receive different treatment. I won't be back.
