O'Tacos Bourges Avaricum

When I arrived, there was nothing there. It said 8.50 for the taco plus the meats, but there was nothing there—no fries, drinks were extra, and the taco was dry with no sauce.

I'm very disappointed. My sister and I came on Tuesday, July 7th, around 3 pm. A nauseating smell drove us away, despite the fact that we were very hungry. It was impossible for a normal person to eat in those conditions. Furthermore, the welcome was icy and unfriendly; it doesn't make us want to come back.

All the self-service kiosks were out of order, which says it all. Then, how is it possible that the three most ordered items were unavailable? And to top it all off, I found a piece of plastic inside my taco. Seriously, what about the cleanliness of the place?

Hello, I don't usually leave reviews, but I couldn't let this go. The self-service kiosks are out of order, and the receptionist is sorely lacking in politeness and cheerfulness. Furthermore, how is it possible that the three most popular items aren't available? Finally, the food quality is very poor, and the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired.

Arriving 30 minutes before closing time, I was greeted pleasantly and warmly by the saleswoman and was very satisfied with my meal.

I ordered yesterday through Uber Eats. No complaints about the delivery driver, but the taco wasn't very good, and I don't know if the ingredients were still usable or if it was a hygiene issue, but I've been very sick ever since I ate it. I won't be going back.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! The self-service kiosks are malfunctioning, one of the servers (there were two of them) was completely slumped over the counter, apparently finishing his night shift. The fries were cold, and I had to ask for them to be replaced. I made the mistake of needing to use the restroom. It was extremely dirty, with limescale in the toilet bowl and the floor hadn't been cleaned in at least a week. In short, I strongly advise against going there.

20 minutes for an order that still hasn't been served while other orders are being processed. I don't think that's right. I know it's easier and faster to process small orders than large ones, but you have to remember the order number.

Only 2 terminals to order

We placed an order with additional items available on their terminal. They then offered us other ingredients, which we refused, along with a refund, claiming they had already offered us those. We didn't demand a full refund, only for the items we hadn't received but had already paid for. Therefore, I do not recommend this service.
