The place is very nice. Great team, new products, nothing to complain about. That said, there's a saleswoman named Awa who, in my opinion, is detrimental to your brand. Her lack of tact towards customers, her disdainful attitude, and her fluctuating moods raise questions. I wonder if she really belongs in your establishment. Furthermore, during 2025 and early 2026, I noticed that she would hide when it was busy around 7 pm, leaving her colleagues to greet customers, clean... In short, to manage everything. Moreover, as regular customers, she knows what we order, and yet, one evening something shocked me: while serving us, she took it upon herself to put the last red fruit muffin aside for herself. It's appalling. She removes items before the end of the day. As a loyal customer, I'm disappointed that you have someone like that on your team. The other girls are great, always smiling and in a good mood.

The service was appalling. We asked for a moment to look around, and within seconds they asked us, "What do you need?" even though there was no one behind us. This isn't an assembly line! What a shame, I like the products, but given the reception, I won't be back. Furthermore, one of the saleswomen made very unpleasant remarks to the other. If you have a comment to make, don't do it in front of other customers! It's humiliating for the saleswoman. Anyway...

I want to report a problem with an employee today, Monday, March 23rd, around 7 PM. She has blue eyes and a tattoo on her arm. She yelled at me and gave a strawberry cake to her friends who were waiting until 7 PM to get a 50% discount! Just before, she had told me to wait outside like a dog. Zero professionalism. She shouldn't work here; she's dishonest.

First and last time I'll be ordering from you! The sandwich was very dry, with no sauce inside! It was practically just lettuce and tomatoes!

Hello. I wanted to let you know that there's a problem with an employee who calls herself the manager. She speaks rudely to the other employees. This is unacceptable in front of customers. If the manager can't even say something, she should find another job. I've worked in retail for 43 years and I've never spoken to an employee like that. (You know about management.) It's about time you, as the manager, addressed this. I understand better now why some of your employees are unhappy. In St. Doulchard, they're lovely. I'm going to write to the higher-up.

The food is good but the service is a bit sloppy; putting the tartlet back in the bag is a bit much.

Very warm welcome, the staff are very pleasant, the products are of good quality, I recommend it.

I'm very happy with the service; the welcome is always super warm, and every time I go I leave in a good mood, especially thanks to Emy, a wonderful saleswoman who is very welcoming and helpful. She's so sweet, and as soon as I see her, I'm in a good mood. I highly recommend this bakery; everyone is very kind and welcoming. 🩷

The crust of the bread has a strange taste. Nothing like bakery bread. Still tastes just as bad a year later. What ingredient gives it this cardboard taste?

Great selection of bread, very good bread and a small baguette perfect for an aperitif, and pleasant staff
