The products are excellent, but the service is absolutely dreadful. I've never seen such a lack of friendliness and consideration for customers. It's a shame, because the quality of the bakery deserves service to match.

Excellent experience, the team was super friendly. A friend and I were on a road trip from Paris to Monaco, and we stopped here to charge our electric car. They were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for your assistance and friendliness.

Really nice place to stop at, with delicious food.

Unpleasant staff. Given the rainy weather forecast, we asked to take shelter under the awning, but we were accused of lying about the weather (so we got caught in the rain). We would have appreciated a warmer welcome, less condescension, and more understanding towards young people and vegetarian customers.

It's a shame you don't make Dulcey chocolates anymore; you stopped making them months and months ago, they were our guilty pleasure…

The welcome was a bit cold, but the products were high-quality and homemade, which is quite rare these days! Beautiful shop with pastries and viennoiseries that are out of the ordinary! Croissants and pain au chocolat are a bit pricey, but sometimes that's the price of quality! The coffee and pastry combo is very well suited.

I'm very disappointed with this pastry shop, which has changed a lot recently. My daughter ordered a pistachio cake for my birthday, but we ended up with a praline caramel cake, even though I hate caramel. My daughter and my guests were very disappointed because she really wanted to please me, as I love pistachio and we had told the guests we were going to have a pistachio cake. I called the pastry shop immediately to let them know about the mistake, but they were completely unfriendly. They told me it was a praline cake that had been ordered, and that my husband hadn't said anything when he picked it up, which is understandable since he didn't know what my daughter had ordered. The phone number noted during the order wasn't even correct. Reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who experienced an order error. In short, accept the error made by your sales staff when taking the order. Thanks for ruining my birthday thanks to you. The person on the phone, it was obvious I was bothering her, offered no solution other than to call me back tomorrow, but given her attitude today, I can guess what that would be. This is completely unacceptable. Acknowledge your mistakes because it's not just the order itself, but also the phone number you took. I expect a real gesture of goodwill from you. My daughter wasn't alone when the order was placed; there were witnesses. THURSDAY, APRIL 16: To date, I've had to call them practically every day to finally reach the manager, who was supposed to call me back, but it's like talking to a brick wall. She's so sure of herself and doesn't want to hear anything, not even letting us speak. In short, I can confirm this pastry shop is nothing like it was a few years ago. Talking to others, I realize I'm far from the only one who feels this way. It's over for me. Luckily, there are some very good pastry shops in and around Bourges with excellent customer service and follow-up for my future orders.

I bought some trompe l'oeil paintings and they were really good.

A superb bakery. The bread is truly excellent, perfectly baked, and the baguette is full of flavor. I also tried the bugnes (French doughnuts), which were delicious and wonderfully light. I can't wait to come back and try the pastries and viennoiseries. The service was also perfect and always with a smile 😁. My son even participated in a chocolate-making workshop there, and he loved it 🙆. In short, a great place for all food lovers, young and old.

Terribly disappointed that you haven't made the Dulcey for months and months... We loved it!

I was very disappointed with my experience. They talk about "opportunity," but the only thing that was fooled was my wallet. The prices are high (€27) for the poor quality. Furthermore, the person who served us was incredibly rude, while being perfectly pleasant to the customer right after. This lack of consideration is hard to understand. I do not recommend it.
