La Gargouille

We came for dinner as a family, and the experience was once again very disappointing, following an already unconvincing first visit. The dishes were subpar: the octopus was inedible and far too rubbery, the rice was undercooked, and the "chicken supreme" turned out to be just thighs. The value for money was therefore very disappointing, especially considering the long wait throughout the meal. However, we would like to acknowledge the professionalism and kindness of the waitress, who is in no way responsible for the quality of the food. On the other hand, when it came time to pay, our dissatisfaction was met with a simple apology, without any real listening or willingness to engage in dialogue, which only compounded our disappointment. We hope that these comments will help improve the quality of the food and the attention given to customers.

We ate dinner at this restaurant: - extremely long wait... over 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food - the menu is expensive for what you get... €25 for a dish of two chicken thighs and a spoonful of mashed potatoes - significant price difference between the menu and what we paid - they suggested we leave a tip at the end after all that Avoid this place and I think there are other restaurants with better value for money

The setting is superb and very exotic, especially the Grange side. What a shame the experience didn't live up to expectations. The service was far too slow (2 hours), and there were order mistakes. The tentacle dish had only one tentacle, and it was overcooked, for €29—far too expensive.

Awesome and lovely place, great food and staff.

We dined at Les Gargouilles this week and were pleasantly surprised to discover a very charming setting, seated in the barn. The staff were lovely, although they were quite busy that evening. The food was good and the prices reasonable.
