Domino's Pizza

The pizza is good, but the place is not well-maintained and clean.

I do not recommend this place to any woman. Misogynistic employees make comments to women walking past their store. I was told, "Dressed like that, I'd..." I was wearing a dress... it was 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit)... Shame on you and your employees.

My first order from Planchat (I'm used to the one at the train station). They told me delivery would take 30 minutes because they were understaffed (they clearly didn't care about the customer). I had to call back after an hour, and they said, "Yes, we're coming, we only have one driver today." I had to wait another fifteen minutes. I ordered a large Reine pizza, and it had no flavor at all. I usually love Domino's pizzas, and the dough seemed different. Several friends have reported the same thing. The toppings weren't the same as usual either (when there's a shortage of ingredients, the chef sends employees to the corner store to buy some, which means they're not the same as usual). The cheese bread was practically burnt, very dry, and not topped as usual. The order was botched, but I still paid €25! I'm very disappointed. Customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority! When you pay a certain price for a pizza, it should be good and well-prepared.

I ordered three pizzas on Uber Eats: one chicken and two Cannibal pizzas, one of which was supposed to be a free Cannibal pizza (thanks to an Uber Eats app offer). I only received two pizzas; the free pizza was forgotten. I called the restaurant, and they said an oversight can happen, but I was clearly given the runaround by the person on the phone. They were supposed to send me my receipt to prove it was only two pizzas for them, and I was supposed to send them my receipt with the free pizza offer. Of course, they never sent me that receipt. I will never order from them again; they really treat their customers like idiots. You don't treat customers like dogs. I am waiting for a response from management to my comment and an explanation.

Place your order and there are no toppings on the Savoyarde.

The pizzas are getting worse and worse. Poorly cut. Very salty. Very dry. Less topping.

The pizza was overcooked and the fries undercooked; I don't know if I would recommend Domino's.

Franchement j'ai l'habitude de prendre des pizzas chez Domino's à Paris ou à Genève mais alors là elles étaient affreuses. J'ai eu sans mentir 40gr de jambon et poulet. Je sais que les temps sont durs mais c'est pas comme cela que vous allez garder vos clients. Elle étaient fines comme du papier. Plus jamais ici, la prochaine fois j'irai dans une pizzeria indépendante dépenser mon argent lors de mon prochain séjour à Bourges.

Ordered a pizza at noon, it arrived at 2 PM, a two-hour wait for a pizza, and on top of that, when it finally arrived, the sauce was missing?! Appalling!
